The supply of Horticultural tools and materials to the London Borough of Hillingdon

Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon are looking for supplier(s) to supply various horticultural tools and materials to its in-house grounds maintenance team to help maintain the borough's parks, open spaces and gardens to a high standard. The products fall into three categories; Lot A - Tools Lot B - Materials Lot C - Tools and Materials Suppliers can choose to bid for some, all or none of the Lots stated above and are asked to clearly state, in their tender submission, which Lot they are choosing to bid for. Contracts for each Lot maybe awarded individually, depending on what is deemed the most economically advantageous option for the London Borough of Hillingdon. The London Borough of Hillingdon retains the right to award maybe one, some, all, or none of the available Lots. All tender documents can be assessed via our tender portal, www.capitalsourcing.com Additional information: I would confirm that the London Borough of Hillingdon is inviting all interested organisations to tender through the Council's nominated electronic tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com Please register on the above portal where the tender documents for this project can be downloaded. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to award any contract pursuant to this procurement exercise and / or abandon this procurement exercise at any time and / or award a contract for part of the services at its sole discretion. The Contracting Authority shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant or tenderer as a result of its exercise of that discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, all costs incurred by any applicant and / or tenderer before signature of any contract with the Contracting Authority shall be incurred entirely at that applicants / tenderers risk.
