Coimisiún na Meán wishes to award a contract for the provision of facilities management services for its premises at One Shelbourne Buildings, Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4. Further information on the specification of requirements is contained in Appendix 1. It should be noted that a fully outsourced facilities management service is required. It should further be noted that award of contract is conditional on an Coimisiún securing a lease on the relevant premises.
