Tender description
St Helens Borough Council transport department has one used refuse collection vehicle (RCV) which is no longer in use (see details and photos in the attached opportunity). As a consequence, the RCV is now surplus to requirements and we are inviting prospective bidders to submit a form of offer for the vehicle. The vehicle on offer has been in frequent use and is showing expected signs of wear - the vehicle is sold as seen.
