Renovation of Amicitia Social Hub in Athenry, Co. Galway

Amicitia, a registered non-profit Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG), is inviting tenders for the renovation of a their social hub located in the heart of our Athenry. Funding has been secured through the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund in partnership with Galway County Council. Designs for the project are included in the tender documentation, which will see the premises transformed into a vibrant community cafe and events space. The renovation work includes, but is not limited to HVAC works, plumbing, electrical installations, flooring, carpentry, as well as compliance with fire safety and accessibility standards. We are seeking a contractor with a proven track record in similar projects, demonstrating expertise in managing the renovation works with an understanding of the compliance regulations pertaining to this type of work.
