Provision of Subject Matter Expert (SME) Asbestos

Tender description

Westminster City Council Housing (WCC) assume the role of duty holder as defined by the Control of Asbestos Regulations. Responsibilities for employees' contractors and the public accompany these obligations. WCC wish to appoint a competent asbestos consultant to advise and support internal stakeholders across the business. The initial contract period will be for 5 days per week for 6 months, with the potential to extend following successful completion of the contract. There will be a requirement to be located on site in the WCC offices for 2 days per week with the remainder to be home based.
