Programme Management and Quantity Surveying Services for Non Domestic Retrofit

This is a prior information notice (PIN) in relation to establishing a multi-party framework for Programme Management and Quantity Surveying services for Non Domestic Retrofit. SEAI intends to appoint a number of framework members to provide advisory services directly to the public and commercial bodies through SEAI’s Pathfinder Programme and to support SEAI in the development and implementation of this programme. The contract value is estimated at €2,500,000 excluding VAT over a term of two years with potential for two additional extensions of one year each. (Total maximum of 4 years) The estimated budget for the contract will be subject to the annual government estimates and budgetary process in each of the years in question which are subject to change.
