The purpose of this Preliminary Market Consultation is to gather information from the marketplace regarding the capacity, experience and scope of the Service Provider to provide the Supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy/Stop Smoking Medication to clients in Ireland. Nicotine Replacement Therapy/Stop Smoking Medication are defined as “licenced products and medications supplied to clients to support their quit smoking attempt” (hereafter NRT/SSM) will include but is not limited to products and medication described on the attached HSE Quit Smoking campaign document. Information gained from this Preliminary Market Consultation will assist the HSE to inform the strategy and scope of a potential future tender process for the Supply of NRT/SSM to Clients who receive support from a HSE stop smoking Service in Ireland.
