Pre Market Engagement - Legionella and Water Treatment Framework

Network Rail intends to procure a framework for the services within the Eastern Region. The framework will be for Legionella and Water Treatment. The geographical scope for this framework tender will be Network Rail's Eastern Region. This covers the East Coast main line from London to the Scottish Border, including stations along the route include, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull, Bradford, Huddersfield as well as many others. This market engagement event seeks to update the market on the expected future requirement. Lot 1: This framework is for the annual water monitoring and associated specialist contractor services to ensure the risk of Legionella is managed accordingly. With an overall objective of ensuring compliance with the L8 and water quality standards including SFG-20 at several Maintenance Delivery Units, Signal Boxes, Power Signal Boxes and ground frames within the Eastern Region. While details as to the type of services, estimated value, duration and Lots which are mandatory fields in the online form have not been specified in this notice, they will be confirmed in the subsequent contract notice, as informed by the market engagement exercise being conducted by Network Rail. The purpose of this pre-tender market engagement exercise is to consult with the market to determine the levels of market interest in this requirement.
