Slough Borough Council (Authority) is seeking to recommission the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (HCP) comprising of Health Visiting Services and School Nursing Services (0-19) and (0-25 with SEND) and child weight management service.A market engagement event will take place on Thursday 7th September 2023 on Microsoft Teams. From 10am to 12pm on Microsoft Teams. Lot 2: Lot 2 Child Weight Management Service (0-25 with SEND) In addition, the Authority is seeking a provider to deliver a Tier 2 child weight management service supporting overweight and obese children and forming part of an integrated local weight management pathway.The Authority is seeking the views from a wide range of organisations currently providing or interested in providing these services.We are seeking providers who can support the Authority to deliver a universal service offer and work collaboratively with current service transformation in Early Years, Family Hubs & Start for Life, children and family services and the ICB.The contract will commence from the 1st of October 2024 until 2027 with the option to extend for a further 24 months as per the authority’s decision.An engagement event will take place on Thursday 7th September 2023 on Microsoft Teams.If you are interested to attend, please contact Josephine Yousaf at josephine.yousaf@sough.gov.uk to register your attendance and receive booking confirmation and log in details.
