Kirklees Council require a Ground-Penetrating Radar Survey, Core Investigations and Tar Testing (Hazard Analysis of road cores for arising assessments ) of Road Cores (Dependant on results from FWD Survey) to be undertaken in the carriageway, footway on A652 Bradford Road, Alexander Road, Rouse Mill Lane Roundabout and Grange Road finishing behind the location of the existing viaduct.
