Energy Saving Trust is seeking to appoint an auditing service for the Electric Vehicle Approved (EVA) scheme. This will include providing suitably qualified and experienced auditors, who will audit vehicle dealers, and other automotive organisations, to judge their level of compliance with EVA standards. Contractor will undertake audits for the EVA programme, to assess whether the organisations being audited meet the programme’s requirements in order to be granted Electric Vehicle Approved status. The Consultant will liaise with the organisation to arrange their audits; will carry out the audits against criteria set by EST; and will submit a report on each audit to EST. Audit reports: - Follow a prescribed format. - Well written with a digital grammar and spell check completed. - Free from fact-based errors. - Submitted to agreed timescales. The audits will take place using telephone and video conference channels and be recorded to ensure the auditor can refer to get accurate facts. Recordings will not be kept for more than 2 weeks after the audit and will be deleted by the auditor. Auditors will seek to get corroborating evidence during the video call, such as the organisation showing processes and system information regarding customers, staff or equipment. The organisation may be asked to submit evidence via email to support the audit.
