Tender description

A software package (OOTB) to facilitate the management of meetings and the secure distribution of highly confidential documentation pertaining to the Governing Authority and Executive Committee of the University of Limerick to the highest possible standard. The package must be user friendly, intuitive providing members with a positive experience in their interaction with the University. The system should be able to offer a hybrid meeting experience where required and conduct virtual and in-person meetings with the same level of effectiveness. The HEA Act 2022 has amended the Universities Act 1997, which now places a specific requirement on Governing Authority members to “provide for and maintain a system of risk management.” For this reason, the University requires an integrated solution which enables it to view and to review the University’s Fundamental Risk Register on a regular basis. The risk management solution must support timely risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring, risk mitigation, in addition to an adequate reporting of all significant risks.
