Independent Living - Heating Upgrades

Tender description

To replace all components of the boiler room as per the specification. Including the supply of a temporary boiler generator to ensure the residents have heating & hot water throughout the project. Each site has different requirements as per the specifications, and the works described for 2024/25 and 2025/26 are reliant on future budgets being granted. The 3x elements included are BMS controls / boiler room refit / heating controls, as described on the tender breakdown, and consideration should be given to transferring energy from the PV system over to the hot water supply. Provisions for possible radiator replacements and some re-piping should be included as budgetary costs. Site Visit Dates / Times available for site visits are as follows - 10th, 11th & 14th of August 2023 10:00am - 12:00pm & 13:00pm - 15:00pm with the aim of visiting two sites per day (see listings below) Viewing should be carried for the scope of works required, if the dates are missed as specified you will forfeit your eligibility to tender.
