Tender description
Cornwall Council has a responsibility to ensure that there is a range of support services for Homeless Young People, Young Parents and Families who have an eligible support need. Cornwall Council currently spends in the region of £630,000 per annum with a wide range of providers. We are committed to a collaborative relationship with providers. The requirement is to ensure that the services are provided in a manner that is flexible, person centred and responsive to individual needs. People should be supported to identify their goals and strengths and to develop the skills required to achieve their goals. Outcomes should be achieved by ensuring appropriate Support Services are in place for individuals and their families who are Homeless and who require Support.
