Thank you, B Besra(The GDC is seeking Transcription and Logger services for legal hearings that take place over Microsoft TEAMS. Our usual practise is that all hearings are recorded. Over 90% of our hearings are held virtually and for these, loggers from an external contractor will be used to undertake this task. In addition to logging services, from time to time we will request transcripts to be written up.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
