Tender description

Food for Health Ireland (FHI) would like to conduct fatty acid analysis of serum samples across two human intervention trials; Cheese Study Melt (CSM) and Whole Milk Powder (WMP). Both studies will examine the consumption of grass-fed versus total mixed ration (TMR) dairy products (cheddar cheese and WMP, respectively) on markers of metabolic health and circulating fatty acids. FHI will provide 375 x 4 serum samples and 25 x 2 pooled serum samples (total = 400 samples) for analysis. A mapping system will be provided to ensure each sample can be easily located and identified during analysis.
