EM 07/23 Technical Modelling, Analysis, and Assessment Services for Wind Farm Projects

Tender description

As a wind farm developer, asset owner and operator, the Contracting Entity requires accurate assessments of the performance of their future wind farm developments. The accuracy of the Contracting Entity’s annual budgeted energy production per asset is integral to the Contracting Entity’s operational planning from a business perspective. The specification outlines the three projects for which Energy Yield and Terrain/Obstacle assessments are required. The total work package consists of the following deliverables for the three projects: Work Package 1: · Banking Standard Energy Yield Assessment for each Wind Farm project: o Energy Yield Modelling based on WAsP wind flow model o Energy Yield Assessment Report based on Industry Best Practice · Banking Standard Site Meteorological Conditions Assessment report for the Wind Farm project Work Package 2: • IEC 61400 Terrain and obstacle assessment Please refer to Appendix 1 for details on how to access the full tender specification.
