Tender description

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) contract for cleaning services across the corporate estate. This contract is divided into separate Lots as follows: • Lot 1 – Corporate Buildings • Lot 2 – Public Conveniences • Lot 3 – General Fund Residential Properties Lot 1: Lot 1 – Corporate Buildings The scope and specification of the contract for Lot 1 is for suppliers to carry out cleaning services and some Washroom Hygiene Services across the BCP Corporate Estate of buildings, which may increase or decrease depending on service requirements. BCP Council reserves the right to make adjustments to the scope of the contract for this Lot through either the addition or removal of sites throughout the contract duration. Contract Start Date: 01 May 2023 Contract End Date: 31 March 2026, with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Public Conveniences The scope and specification of the contract for Lot 2 is for suppliers to carry out the cleaning of those public toilets classed as “inland” facilities, as listed within the tender documentation, which may increase or decrease depending on service requirements. BCP Council reserves the right to make adjustments to the scope of the contract for this Lot through either the addition or removal of sites throughout the contract duration. Contract Start Date: 01 April 2023 Contract End Date: 31 March 2026, with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years. Lot 3: Lot 3 – General Fund Residential Properties The scope and specification of the contract for Lot 3 is for suppliers to provide the required cleaning services at a range of general fund properties, as listed within the tender documentation, which may increase or decrease depending on service requirements. BCP Council reserves the right to make adjustments to the scope of the contract for this Lot through either the addition or removal of sites throughout the contract duration. Contract Start Date: 01 September 2023 Contract End Date: 31 March 2026, with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years.
