Bathroom Renewal Project 2022 - 35 Units The works will consist of the replacement of approximately 35 properties for bathroom sanitaryware and associated works; to include removal and replacement of sanitaryware (bath, shower, WC, WHB), alterations to plumbing services (hot and cold supplies, above ground drainage), electrical works, renewal of wall and floor finishes, generally within the Muirhouse area of Edinburgh but may include a wider geographical area in future. The contract will be a 6-month contract with a 14-week works programme.
