De Montfort University (DMU) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works: o The works comprise of the swapping over of areas between 3D Printing and the Metalwork shop on the ground floor of the Vijay Patel building. o This is to be carried out in two phases with Phase 1 the alteration of the existing 3D Printing area into a metalwork shop. o On completion of this phase, Phase 2 will be the conversion of the metalwork shop into the new 3D Printing area. o A suggested programme has been included within the tender The intended key project dates are as follows:- Start on Site - 04/09/2023 Practical Completion - 01/12/2023 Duration - 12 Weeks Full details of the University's requirements can be found in the attached tender pack.
