<p>Health and Fitness equipment servicing and reactive maintenance at the 7 Wigan Council Be Well Fitness centres.</p> <p>This requirement sets out the service expectations for the planned preventative and reactive maintenance service for the 7 Wigan Council Be Well Health and Fitness centres, over a 2 year period (with an option to extend by 2 x 12 month periods).</p> <p>The expectation is that tendering organisations will supply their detailed service delivery and performance management approach as part of their tender submission demonstrating full compliance within the output-based approach set down within this specification.
