Tender description

The Very Light Rail National Innovation Centre located at Castle Hill, Dudley, comprises an Innovation Centre that includes a large Engineering Hall, various laboratories, meeting rooms and a Conference and Exhibition suite, complemented by a 2.0km test track (that runs through an 850m tunnel) for the testing of prototype vehicles and infrastructure solutions. A self-propelled 'personnel carrier' and compatible flatbed trailer is required, capable of carrying personnel along the railway test track.
