Tender description
The Turnaround Programme is grant funded by the Ministry of Justice across England and Wales funding local authorities to intervene earlier and improve outcomes for children on the cusp of entering the youth justice system. This additional funding will enable youth justice services to consistently support a cohort of children not currently on their statutory caseload.
