Tender description

The GMC is looking to appoint a one stop shop provider for air, rail and hotel bookings. The overall spend on travel and hotels for 2022 was approximately GBP2+m - GBP1.6m on hotels (mainly in Manchester), GBP400k on rail, GBP50k on air and the remainder on conferences and car hire. An integrated journey booking tool will be sought with traditional call centre back, innovative account management and management information. We are looking to hold information gathering meetings with interested suppliers on 1 February 2022 via MS Teams to cover the following topics: Innovations in the Travel Management market Booking tools and interfaces including apps Fee structure options Best practice for management information including live data portal Taxi booking service To book a 30 minute slot, please email procurement@gmc-uk.org. We will operate on a first come first served basis.
