Supply of HVAC Filters for Rolling Stock

Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking to enter into a long-term supply agreement with a specialist company[s] with a demonstrable track record in the Supply of Rolling Stock HVAC Filters [Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning]. The HVAC Filters must be compliant with the following standards: • BS6853:1999 Code of Practice for Fire Precautions in the Design and Construction of Passenger Carrying Trains • Railway Group Standard GM/RT2130: Vehicle Fire, Safety and Evacuation • BS476 Part 7: Fire tests on building materials and structures • BS EN 779:2002: Particulate air filters for general ventilation – Determination of the filtration performance. Lot 1: Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking to enter into a long-term supply agreement with a specialist company[s] with a demonstrable track record in the Supply of Rolling Stock HVAC Filters [Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning]. IÉ has a requirement for a specialist service provider to supply HVAC filters for Rolling Stock. The term of the agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend by an additional 12 months.
