Rubrik Appliance Purchase and Services

Tender description

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) announces its intention to purchase a Rubrik Brik appliance with the associated software pre-loaded, support and professional services to setup and configure the device and software. This appliance must be integrated with HSE's existing Rubrik appliances. The supplier will facilitate the purchase of the Rubrik Brik and ensure the warranty resides with the existing supplier (Q Associates Ltd). In addition, HSE requires support and professional services to finalise the setup of the existing appliances and to ensure a successful transition to the Rubrik backup services. The supplier must be a UK-based Non-Managed Service RASP (Rubrik Authorised Support Partner), and so able to provide localised UK-based Level 1 and Level 2 support on behalf of Rubrik. HSE asserts its belief that Q Associates Ltd is the only organization capable of delivering this requirement.
