The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) sought tenders for appointment to a framework for the provision of legal services to the State Claims Agency on managing delegated claims and counter-claims against the State in respect of Medical Negligence Claims, comprising of four panels: Panel 1 Dublin (South and North) Panel 2 HSE North East/Mid Leinster (excluding Dublin South & North) Panel 3 HSE South Panel 4 HSE West Please see the RFT attached to this notice for further information.
