Tender description

The works comprise of the disconnection and removal of the existing LPHW system in the school, including oil fired boilers and associated tanks in two separate Boiler Houses. A new gas main connection will be provided in coordination with Gas Networks Ireland. A new gas fired heating centre to be provided in the existing boiler house with a new LPHW system provided within the school including pipework, controls and radiators. Associated builder and electric trade works to be provided as part of the works.
