Provision of Energy Performance Certificates

Tender description

Cynon Taf Community Housing Group has appointed an experienced service provider to undertake energy assessments and provide energy performance certificates for properties owned/managed by Cynon Taf Community Housing Group. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of five years. The estimated contract value is c. £28,000 (exc VAT) for year one and £14,000 (exc VAT) for subsequent years. Procurement for Housing have been appointed by Cynon Taf Community Housing Group to facilitate this tendering exercise.
