Tender description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council invites tenders for the provision of Counselling Services for the period 1 March 2023 to 28 February 2025 (with an option, by the Council, to extend for a further period of up to 24 months, subject to review and performance). The Council wishes to engage the services of a professional Counselling Service Provider with the appropriate expertise, facilities and resources to provide a 24 hour confidential helpline and also comprehensive and responsive counselling services to staff. Employee numbers are currently approximately 750. The successful Counselling service provider will also be required to undertake contract reviews with the Council at the 3, 6 12 and 18 month stage of the contract, and prior to extending any contract for services.
