Galway County Council (GCC) wishes to unlock the potential of a large closed landfill site at Pollboy and bring an amenity and recreational space to the region with a range of offerings to the public of all ages, abilities, interest groups and local community. In this process GCC want to engage constructively with the community and explore the potential of the site to promote ; Amenity & Recreation ; Biodiversity and Heritage ; Health & Wellbeing; Educational and Sustainable Practices
