Tender description

This Prior Information Notice is for a proposed framework for new build residential construction. The purpose of this notice is to enable interested parties to engage with Scotland Excel to discuss the opportunity, marketplace and options regarding the structure of the proposed procurement. It is anticipated that most of the schemes under the Framework Contract will comprise of social rented properties, although Councils may use the framework for other tenure, mixed tenure and any other residential schemes with particular requirements (e.g. care homes, supported living accommodation, student accommodation, temporary accommodation). Please note that at this stage the scope of the framework and its lot(s) are subject to change. Lot 1: Development of 1-15 units - Build Delivery of new build residential construction through traditional contracting and design and build contracts. Lot 2: Development of 1-15 units - Design and Build Delivery of new build residential construction through traditional contracting and design and build contracts.
