Tender description
Provision of an independent Design Advisory Panel, associated supporting actions, and the delivery of Design Review services for the Council for a period of three years with a Council only option to extend the contract for a further period of one year. The purpose of the panel is to provide assurance that the proposed developments, planning policy and area specific design guidance supports the Council’s ambitions for design excellence and helps deliver local and national design and placemaking objectives.
