Each year approximately £12m is spent on the delivery of the T:BUC headline actions and wider commitments. Good Relations Outcomes and CRC Sponsorship Branch are responsible for the dissemination of promotional material and content in relation to strategic delivery. In order to achieve these objectives graphic design services are required. The Contractor will be responsible for working with TEO staff to develop high quality communications content to increase awareness of the strategy and support the promotion of T:BUC outcomes and delivery. The Contractor will be responsible for developing a variety of branded promotional materials for publication and electronic distribution including the following: • annual reports and other related publications, • in-year production of short notice communication campaigns (including drives to provide the public with information on the need, availability and outcome of good relations work across NI). Design services required include: • Print Media Design - including large scale promotional materials e.g. pop up stands and paper based communication materials e.g. newsletters, booklets, reports and posters - envisaged requirement of 1x40 + 1x20 page (approximately) x 4 booklets per year; • Questionnaires (PDF) x 10 per year; • Video e.g. short films, clips, participant profiles and case studies; • Infographics; • Social media content; and • Campaign development and delivery.
