Tender description
HfL requires a framework for the provision of a suitable Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Program suppliers for all types of educational settings, providing a full range of services that enable school leaders and staff to effectively manage staff attendance, health, and wellbeing. This offer will be accessible for the aforementioned educational settings nationally. Lot 1: Occupational Health Services An Occupational Health provider gives settings access to clinical advice which gives schools the ability to manage attendance and ill health. The core services that must be supplied as a minimum are the provision of pre-employment checks, management referrals and assessment, ill health retirement assessments and eligibility certification. Additional functionality should include a means for schools to access further Occupational Health services such as counselling, physiotherapy, specialist clinics and training. Lot 2: Employee Assistance Programme An Employee Assistance Programme provider gives settings access to work based confidential assessment and short-term counselling, referrals and follow up service to employees who have personal or work-related problems. The core services that must be supplied as a minimum are the provision of a confidential helpline, 6 counselling sessions and access to web-based/app services, resources and guides which cover a range of wellbeing and or wellness topics such as, family situations, social and professional relationships, financial health, physical and mental health. Lot 3: Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme Combined Lot A combined offer of Occupation Health services and Employee assistance. An Occupational Health provider gives settings access to clinical advice which gives schools the ability to manage attendance and ill health. An Employee Assistance Programme provider gives settings access to work based confidential assessment and short-term counselling, referrals and follow up service to employees who have personal or work-related problems.
