GB-London: Audio Visual Hardware Contractor Works Contract

Tender description

Following on from the opening of TIWML2, the galleries are the next phase of the Imperial War Musuem London's masterplan, supporting the delivery of IWM's 2030 vision. The gallery is approximately 950 square metres and is situated on the 3rd floor, It will showcase around 300 of our visual media collections. IWM have appointed Fraser Randall as the Project Manager and the AV Hardware Contractor will be required to liaise with them in relation to this work, in addition to the IWM team (Employer). This Contract covers the appointment of an AV Integrator (referred to as AV Hardware Contractor) to complete the purchase, installation and commissioning of AV hardware as part of the Exhibition fitout works for the BAFP space at Imperial War Museum, Lambeth Road, London, SE1 6HZ Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
