Tender description
BEIS required a service provider to assess applications and provide recommendation on eligibility for participation in the scheme. The Supplier will assess company legitimacy to mitigate fraud risks, and engage with the applicant to analyse their energy configuration, in order to assess the eligibility of the energy volumes they propose to claim for. BEIS also require an assessment per eligible provider of readiness to participate in the scheme, and a validity assessment of their claims. An overall fraud risk assessment is required per provider, based on the findings of all checks.
