Clúid Housing Association invites applicants to apply for the provision of Client Employer Representative Service to assist in the new build of social housing on three sites at Tullybrook, Drogheda , The Kitchen Garden, Dundalk, Co. Louth and Donore Road, Drogheda, Co. Louth. The first two sites are being developed by the same Developer. We intend to enter into an agreement with one operator under this competition. The Client Employer Representative services will include;  Contract administration  Chairing & taking minutes of Site meetings  Issuing Monthly Payment Certificates & ER report  Issuing Variation Orders Please refer to the Project Information Memorandum and scope of services document published with the tender
