The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) sought tenders for appointment to a framework for the provision of legal services to the State Claims Agency on managing delegated claims and counter-claims against the State in respect of General Claims (Employer’s Liability, Public Liability & Property Damage), comprising of eight panels: Panel 1 Dublin Panel 2 Eastern Circuit Panel 3 Cork Circuit Panel 4 Northern Circuit Panel 5 Western Circuit Panel 6 Midland Circuit Panel 7 South Western Circuit Panel 8 South Eastern Circuit Please see the RFT attached to this notice for further information.
