<p>It has been identified following a recent Fire Risk Assessment that there is a requirement for suitable fire compartmentation to the lift and stairwell access points to be created at first floor level within the Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle, CA3 8QG.</p> <p>Carlisle City Council are seeking quotations to form a lobby access to enable 30-minute fire separation to both tower block stairwells and the lift shafts.
