Tender description

The Programme requires the Supplier to work with 8 OCPP delivery partner Country Leads to draft country-level Theory of Change (ToC), logframes and indicators. The Programme requires the Supplier to work with 8 OCPP delivery partner Country Leads to draft country-level Theory of Change (ToC), logframes and indicators. This is with the ambition to better integrate and measure the perceived success criteria of programme intervention at a country level with the wider Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) objectives of the programme. To test the validity of the indicators and to assist with future programme design, the supplier should work with the Country Leads to set indicators for the current and future annual review years. List of initial 8 countries where OCPP is delivering/scoping technical delivery: 1. Belize 2. Sri Lanka 3. Bangladesh 4. India 5. Maldives 6. Ghana 7. Mozambique 8. Senegal The requirements listed in the Bidder Pack documents outline the approach the Supplier is expected to use to address the requirement of this tender, three of which are compulsory (A-C) with a fourth to outline potential expansion (D).
