Tender description
ALONE wish to procure services to develop designs, secure statutory approvals (planning application already submitted) and procure and oversee the alterations and refurbishment of Block A at Jamestown Court, Inchicore, Dublin 8 to provide for 9 Nr new units and a Community Centre. Site works will include the construction of a new external walkway and lift/stair core; refurbishment and upgrade of the existing paths and pavings, site services including drainage, water mains, gas main, electrical services and the provision of new landscaped areas. Block A is one of three existing blocks on the site and it is hoped that Alone will be in a position to subsequently develop the remaining blocks in conjunction with Dublin City Council. Any proposed works to Blocks B and C will be the subject of a separate procurement process.
