Tender description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform organisations of a Request for Information, including the opportunity for a 1:1 meeting Supplier Engagement meeting which the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) plan to host by planned appointment on Teams on Tuesday the 2nd of August and Wednesday the 3rd of August 2023.The RFI and 1:1 early supplier engagement opportunity is related to the future procurement and contract for the NHSBSA Prescription Scanning equipment, software and maintenance solution. Following the RFI response and early supplier engagement we will review the proposed solutions and focus on Commercial considerations which will form the basis of outline business case and the Commercial options. Lot 1: Prescription Scanners refresh programme- To source 4 new scanners (hardware ) , with a software solution and maintenance package. To phase out existing scanners which are and of life . To buy additional scanners in the future if required .
