Tender description
This contract covers the following: SIP trunks to both datacentres – these carry all incoming and outgoing telephone calls (external PSTN). SIP trunks to 31 key sites – these are for telephony resiliency in event of WAN failure. Analogue phone services – e.g. alarm lines, lift lines, fax lines. Inbound services – e.g. 0800 numbers. This was procured via the Direct Award facility on the eMarketplace, from the CCS Network Services 2 framework, Lot 3 - Traditional Telephony Services.
