Gas Servicing and Ongoing Maintenance of gas and oil heating appliances and systems, including all associated pipe work and fittings for Wrexham County Borough Council’s Housing Portfolio. The Council currently has just over 10,000 properties with gas that require ongoing servicing and maintenance. Lot 1: Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to appoint two Contractors to carry out various Gas Servicing and Maintenance works for its Housing Portfolio. The Council currently has just over 10,000 properties with gas that require ongoing servicing and maintenance. Each Contractor will be awarded a geographical zone to carry out contracted work. The North & South Geographical area, Contract HBS1171, is for approximately 5757 properties and the Central Geographical Zone, Contract HBS1172, is for approximately 4505 properties. It will be a requirement to achieve, maintain and deliver consistent performance throughout the duration of the Contract for all aspects of service delivery contained within the specification.
