Tender description

Dublin City Council wishes to engage archaeological services for the Saint Anne’s Park Community Archaeology Programme 2023. The programme aims to present Saint Anne’s Park as a campus for practical archaeology and training and to form a cohesive partnership between professional archaeologists and members of the general public who have a shared interest in Ireland’s past. Through this programme communities are encouraged to forge connections with the park and actively engage in the promotion and protection of the built and archaeological heritage and social history of St Anne’s Park. The successful tenderer must complete the following three elements of the Community Archaeology Programme 2023: A. Removal and archaeological monitoring of the North mound B. A x20 day Community Excavation of part of St Anne’s house C. Project management of the Schools Programme.
