Tender description
The final date and time for the submission of bids is Tuesday, 22nd August 2023 at 11:00 Brief Description of Requirement UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) requirement. Innovate UK's £60m Net Zero Living programme is supporting a range of competitions and projects to accelerate delivery of net zero across places in the UK. This procurement is looking to procure a partner to lead on the delivery of the following elements of the Net Zero Living programme. This partner will lead on convening and supporting projects funded through the Digital parts of the programme (Digital Accelerator round 1 and 2, and Digital Fast Start). This partner will lead on data related aspects of Pathfinder Places and Fast Followers projects. The Pathfinder Places and Fast Followers projects will have a main convenor, with service providers providing subject matter expertise and services into these projects in collaboration with this convenor. This procurement is for the data subject matter expert and service provider who will work with the main convenor for Pathfinder Places and Fast Followers. As part of this programme, Innovate UK is introducing a requirement for projects to follow and embed the Net Zero Living Data Guidance principals. This procurement require at least the following deliverables: 1. 1 x final public insight report 2. 3 x Competitions summary reports 3. A pool of 200 hours minimum for bespoke and tailored technical and business growth support to be used on the Digital accelerator competitions and fast start competition cohorts. 4. A minimum of 6 x 2 hours Net Zero Living Data Guidance workshops 5. Data best practice community of practice 6. Communication & dissemination events At a minimum, we expect this to include at least 2 online project show and tells (one at beginning and one at end), and one in person event.
