Preliminary market consultation for NNLC – Beat the Peak Commercial Winter 2023 Lot 1: ESB Networks DAC (ESB Networks) wishes to engage in a preliminary market consultation with interested parties for provision of flexibility to the Distribution System Operator (DSO) on the Distribution Network and Transmission Network. The scope of this scheme is customers (industrial and commercial customers) connected to the Irish electricity distribution system or the electricity transmission system. This notice is not an invitation to tender or a call for competition.
