Tender description

The Council would like to develop a Ten Year Partnership with a Workspace Operator that manages Workspace Provision within Tower Hamlets in the following sectors: Technology/Digital, Life Sciences or Creative Production. This opportunity will provide £155,000 of Capital Investment in the form of a grant for a Workspace Provider to upgrade their existing workspace/bring forward new workspace and in return deliver 500 square meters of workspace for a period of at least ten years.
