Direct Award via CCS Framework RM6187, Lot 5. Support to manage the development of the Institute wide structure for IRR professional support services and the related subsequent design of structures across College to support this strategic change, including support and assurance interactions. - Successful implementation of a large organisational restructure programme - Minimal people impact - Effective communication with all parties involved - Increased capability of internal team for future changes Initially 8 month contract, with option to extend for additional 12 months Contract for provision of consultancy support to manage the development of the Institute wide structure for IRR professional support services and the related subsequent design of structures across College to support this strategic change, including support and assurance interactions. - Successful implementation of a large organisational restructure programme - Minimal people impact - Effective communication with all parties involved - Increased capability of internal team for future changes The University will be work with the supplier to build a robust set of KPI’s and a detailed pricing schedule to be able to monitor contract performance. The KPI’s, pricing and timescales will be closely monitored with monthly reviews set up with Develop Global to review progress against objectives.
